How do I?

I just started yesterday, but I can't figure out how to trade a certain amount of one thing. I wanted to sell 10 of my 17 Mana Pots, but I had to sell them all instead of just 10. So again, how can I sell a certain amount of something? I trade right click and all... can't figure out.

Hit shift +the item.

If you want to trade a player, you can allocate items by holding Shift + Right Mouse Button, enter the value you want to trade, and then Left click on an empty slot in the inventory. Then just select what you just allocated, and trade.
