Are they going to implement lvl 17-32 for CB2?

I was just wondering because now I'm lvl 20 and I hate just grinding over and over again. I tried searching it but didn't find any answers to my question so I just want to know will they be implementing the lvl. 17 KQ for CB2? Thankz!
