Server Merge - Important Update

Hey Isyans,



Server merge is running at full capacity and as we speak endless amounts of data is streaming into the new servers. Even though we ran successful tests before one issue was overlooked which is only that of time. The test-server that was used is not the same machine as the live server on which the script is currently performing. We’re working to update the hardware to allow for more capacity but because we’re attempting to hold our deadline we’ve come-up with a process that will work for majority of players.



After completion of our QA and confirmation that all transferred accounts have no issues, we will open up the servers for you to login and continue your adventure. This will only work if you’ve used the server migration website for your characters. If you have not done so – your account will not be merged right away. The merge script will continue to do its magic the next few days and within 5 days everyone will be able to login to their account. Fortunately the majority of accounts affected by this are inactive.



Just to confirm once again – no data or account information is lost in the process. We’re merely fighting with a delay on finishing every single account of the game. If you didn’t use the server merge website and attempt to login, you will get a notification similar to this: "Sorry your account is still in the migration process – please try again later!” This simply means it’s not done yet. Your account will however be prioritized right away and merge your characters till you can login. You will not have to wait hours before you can play.



Based on the current speed – all accounts and characters will be successfully merged by Wednesday (12.08.2015) next week. Again, this only affects players that did NOT use the server merge website. If you did – you will be able to play after our QA session.



The following points will be taken care of after server merge is completed:



- Attendance points for all days of server merge

- Item Extension for the duration of the downtime
