Asda Story! :D

I know there's already a thread about this (sort of) but I figured this thread would be for all Asda Story players to get together and talk about the game and what not. Right now, i'm downloading and its at about 21%. As soon as I start playing it i'll tell you how it is and give you some screenshots as well. But if you've already got it and have begun playing it, then come and talk about it. :D

P.S.: If it wasn't already obvious, my name will be "Messara" and i'll be a Magician. ;)

I've played the Japanese version... but was confused with the whole skill tree. I played the Spear Warrior then and it wasn't that bad. This time around I'll try that again and also an Archer. It seemed like a fun enough game.

Never played the game, care to take some screenies and post them here?

I know I can always look them up, but the ones on the sites are always pretty pretty screenies and not the actual game play with the buttons and things everywhere.

Of course! I'm only at 49% but once it finishes and I start playing i'll take a thousand screenshots and post them for you guys. :3

You should go check out the website and read about the game a bit. Just reading it made me super excited. They're also holding some events for the opening of the OBT. I'll tell you what they are if you'd like. ^.^

What other junk do you have on your PC? I'll tell you if Asda Story is good enough for you to delete games off your PC just to play it. Because from what i've seen, it is. I'm at 87% now. So close... so very close. >_<

Alright I downloaded this and checked it out real quick. I didn't get too into it since it was about to go down for maintenance or whatever, but I'm actually really interested by what I saw. This could be really good. I took a buncha screenshots while I was in there, sorry if they're kinda big it's late and I didn't feel like resizing everything:

First off, there's quite a lot of customization right off the bat you get to choose your starting hairstyle, hair color, face and outfit. I counted 5 different hairstyles each with 3 different colors, 11 different faces and 9 styles of clothing with four separate parts that you can mix and match however you like:

I only saw options for male characters, but I know I saw female player characters in the game so I must have just missed the option, but I'm guessing they have similar variety:

Some things that look interesting, though I have no clue how they work, are the soulmate thing where apparently you can meet someone in game and have them be your soulmate, it looks like it will allow you to log in as your soulmate:

Also, it appears to have a fairly sophisticated exchange market system which is possibly my favorite thing so far. I'm not sure how it works yet, but it looks really promising:

Another interesting thing, I'm not sure but from this "Challenge" action/icon thing it sort looks like it could be a PvP duel feature:

Oh well that's about it, I was only in for about 10 or 15 minutes, but I'm gonna give this one a little more time. It looks really promising to me if everything works out as well as it does in my head... doubtful, but it's worth checking out I think. I'll play it more tomorrow probably.

Wow graphics do look kind of cool. o: Might have a look at this game if I ever get bored. The characters look a tad too skinny though.

Soul mate thing is interesting. Login as your soulmate? Wow, cool. I'll soo login as my soul mate then run around screaming stupid stuff to give them a bad name, LOL!
