Has anyone bought anything from Nordstrom?

Considering getting some cosmetic products from them...

Not sure how reliable they are....

nvm the things I wanted cannot be posted to International address even though they can change everything to AU currency....

Nordstrom is really reliable. They're a more high-end department store and they have really good customer service.

My professor bought a bag for a trip that she took but after she landed, she realized that there was something wrong with the bag so she called Nordstrom and they offered to deliver her a new bag AT THE AIRPORT.

But yeah, really good customer service.

It's a Bobbi Brown Brush Cleaning Spray... and I think Bobbi Brown has restrictions that things cannot be sold internationally.. so that they can charge US residence $22 and Australians $45 + shipping for exactly the same thing.
