Due to unexpected changes yesterday that affected players on all servers, many player accounts are now missing important data that must be restored. In order to do this, we will be performing an emergency maintenance, starting at
3:15pm PDT today, October 31st. This process is expected to run approximately 3 hours (possibly more or less). You can watch the forums for updates

During this maintenance, all servers will be rolled back to their saved state as of
yesterday, October 30th, at 3:00pm PDT.Anyone who moved premium items into their inventory since that time will be re-awarded the same item in their premium inventory. Additionally, we will be extending all expiration dates for SparkCash items by 24 hours.
To help make up for the time and inconvenience, we will also run a
50% EXP Boost across all servers for 24 hours after the maintenance is complete.We appreciate everyone's understanding and apologize for the inconvenience as we prepare for this server restoration. We will be preparing a more detailed, official statement on these issues, which will be released as soon as it is available. Thank you.
