Contacting the game designer of fiesta or someone who will listen

Is there anyway to contact the designers or person who balances this game since it obviously needs serious help with development. I want to know who this person is.

I recall someone going to Korea and trying to go into their main office building and they got in trouble. I'm sure they will welcome any criticism, but I don't think they will welcome someone randomly walking up and telling them how to fix this and that. Fiesta has had issues for years :P I remember the old joke on whether we were out of OB or not. Outspark never announced the official release of Fiesta.

Yeah, good point. So what exactly is it GM's do? Can they even alter character animations/stats at all or do they just sit there creating events and doing maintenance?

Nope. They're just reps for Outspark (just a publisher of Fiesta) to the players. Their main job is the community, not so much the mechanics.
