Actually, I was just shocked there was another song about the War of 1812. Then when I heard the first band quote a bit of the music from "Battle of New Orleans" I figured I'd post it. Hell, the song I posted isn't really all that popular. I think the only reason I know it was because of a Louisiana history class. The lyrics are a hoot, though.

When I was listening to that song, Hrae, my dad said it was from his time.

Also, he says thats not who it is originally by. I decided I didn't care enough to look anything up for him though xD

True. Jimmie Driftwood did record a version (he wrote the song). I like Horton's version best, though, heh.
