Improvements/Changes:

- Translated Chinese text in the Mend LV7 Skill Scroll Item Description
- Additional localization improvements to Ethyr Skills descriptions
- Localization improvements to Daily Fun quests and the relevant titles

Bug Fixes:

- Banner of Heaven special resource announcement has returned
- Banner of Heaven special resources now spawns in PVP realms only
- "Map of Cranberry Clump" item name has changed to "Map of Infernal Grotto"
- Corrected the item description for the "Fluffy Rabbit", which now states the mountable creature is not combat available
