how do you get diplo weapons?

At Lv30 you can get the diplo by completing The Proof of Defeat and the Ordeal. Gau the Fazenda owner will have a quest for you to give you the 'legendary weapon.'

For Lv60 you will need to either get the weapon via boss drop or collect the materials needed to craft the weapon. You will also need the recipe to make it of course and it will tell you what you need to make. The bosses you can farm for mats are in d4, Dragon's River Temple I and II.

no lvl 45,75, and 95 diplo weapons?
or you just dont know how to get them

I don't know of any Lv45 diplo. There is 75, 90, and 100 diplo weapons which can be obtained in the same fashion as the 60s.
