Lack of level 55 and up quests

Im currently level 58, and I'm at 58%, and I have no quests. What really bugs me, is the fact, that when I go and try to grind,I usually get Pk'ed by some higher level &^#&^@!!! One time, I kept getting killed, by the same guy, for kept asking me to gift him an item, when I have no SC, and the suit I was wearing, was gifted. AGH!!! __________________
