Blocked Friend

I accidently blocked my friend. I have added new characters, downloaded the game again, even on a new computer and he is still blocked. Is there no way to fix this?

To the left of the chatbox there's a 'B'. Click that and remove your friend's name from the list.

Isn't there a block list?

I totally remember it, when I played it recently.

But, I forgot how to access it.
