Weapon Drops

Hi all...i have a 30 Cleric and wanna go hunt for a hammer or mace...what are the chances of me gettin one, and what are likely locations at my level?
I have had a few drops recently, but all are Hunter or Warrior...is drop location completley random or do specific mobs drop certain weapons? I dont have much in game money, so buying one is out of the question...i have mats to enhance...but dont wanna enhance the vendor one...seems a waste of Stones...any help or advice be appreciated...

do mobs with drop increase and will get drop

Generally speaking if you work in the areas where your quests are you will most likely get drops just above and below your current level and its all random as to class. To try for gear that will be above your current level you will need to go to areas that are above your current level. Thats tought for a pre-buff cleric but for level 30+ gear try zombies and staffs in Moonlight Tomb

Try doing the abyss or Dungeon, drops there are higher in number usually because OF the numbers.

Dungeon at 30 is.... Zombie King weps, try there. Get into a part though, I had problems at 40 soloing it.

More time efficient to just buy one from someone else, since you'll level past the 3x by the time you get something better than what you can get from vendors.

Edit: I notice you say you don't have very much in-game money. The 3x things are really quite cheap.

Best would be to buy one from people the most good hammers and maces go for 200s. You can kill ZK alone but it would take way to long to get something worth while.

Up until 4X or 5X just quest and grind, anything you get use no use hunting since 3X goes rather quick.

Its good to Kill Monsterz that are Higher lvl/way stronger than you. You get a better chance of gettting good drops!!! I think........... Its worked for me!!

I would suggest using Hunter's War Rant if you have sparkcash - it's generally worked well for me. Also, if you can, go to the abyss, but make sure you are in a party before you enter. There are way too many PKers working those lower level abysses. Unfortunately, as a cleric, I usually seem to get Mage or Fighter gear - what a giant pain in the ass. I will look for you around Eldy and see if I can help you out. I usually play later in the day/ overnight.

Like most of the others I have found that the abyss and dungeons give most drops. The only problem is I usually get them for other classes and with bad stats.
