My parents deliberately taught me English first and for that I'm grateful.

People who learn Philipino first then English get a sorta....distinctive accent XD

^I understand casual conversation pretty well, but they lose me if they start talking fast.

Me too, I hate Filipino. I'm pretty good with just one dialect though
