is such a pain in my ass. it's technically easy and i feel like i know the stuff and i feel like i should do well but when it comes time for the test i suddenly know nothing at all and can't do the simplest things.

I took general chemistry in college this past quarter. It wasn't too bad, but I had chem in high school a couple years ago, so it wasn't completely new. The only things that screwed me up a little were titrations of acids and bases. Maybe that's because I slept through those lectures...

gen chem. oxidation reduction still screws me up a bit but i swear i knew how to do it ._.

woops, i apparently also needed to memorize the colors of certain things, gret, screw colors, can i pretend to be color blind for the next few hours <_<?

If you're having a hard time with general chemistry, stay far, far away from organic.

Chemistry is the WORST. I'm so glad I don't have to do any sorts of chemistry EVER again.

Seriously. Like Hraes said, organic chem will make you want to commit suicide. I still can't believe I passed the exam for chem 2, which was only partly organic chem. @__@"

Edit: I hated organic chem so much that I kinda forgot what organic chem is about now, LOLOL. When I hate a subject, I can really brainwash myself from it after I'm done with it.
