She wants a typed up paper on what I eat, when I eat, how many calories I burn, when I burn them, when I go to sleep, when I wake up, and when I sit down. 
And I have to read it to the class.

At the very beginning of school she handed out forms to our parents so they can fill out what we like and don't like and where we live, etc.
