Drink plenty of water before you have your blood drawn. Water keeps your body hydrated and increases blood volume.
ANd be glad you live in today's society where we don't practice bloodletting.

Just get desensitised to allergies like I did... 5 shots a week for a year or more, and you'll have no hatred of needles anymore. O:

._. I thought it'd hurt, but it didn't.
fyi I've never gotten blood work, nor have I ever donated blood, so this was a new experience for me. I know I don't like shots and needles, so I figured I wouldn't like this.
