i hate when im killing ice vivi and they does that debuff...how i can get rid of that?

Only a mage can dispell you to get rid of it.

A: Dont fight ice vivis
B: Get mage to follow u around assuming they have despell
C: make some person always lead the attack
D: go to 4x abyss and get plvled so u dont have to deal with ice vivis

There are some magic Devine scrolls that can get rid of the slow motion curse too..

But i'm not 100% sure if you need T1 or T2 magic devine....

true, divine magic is really easy to get to make, just grind scroll exp with Nina for a little bit and you can get it. T1 should do the job.

I'm pretty sure you need t2 Divine Magic for Ice vivi's i have my archer buddy kill vivi's.
