no problem.. its like a hero monster.. rare monster.. it will take 6 hour to respawn,, if u meet him.. u are lucky.. i just had met mutant zombie.. for the lucky too..^^

the easiest way to catch him is right after maintenance was completed. all the hero and dungeon boss mobs timers are reset so they appear on their respective maps.
mutant wolf appears on the island in FOM that the Dark Elf is on. He appears near the southern bridge.
