Scamming
There are a lot of smart tricksters out there. I would like to just send out a warning to everyone in Teva.
~enhancing scammers
~spark cash scammers
And many other similar scammers. The enhancing scammers are a bit common already, they just run away with your money and weapon. Spark Cash scammers are different, they have ways to get your ID and password, hack you, strip you off and you know... I have a few names of em already. This would be for you to be more alert of accounts that have been stripped off and may be used to do more. That would be all, thank you~
Oh, and by the way payback is one sweet b*tch. My guildie was scammed, and she was smart enough to get her account back. I really have no idea how, but she said it was just pure common sense. What's more is I got something out of it too.
Teva be careful~

Can you give us more detail on how the scam with CS goes down?

Just like enhancing scams, you put your trust in the person, then he takes everything away. I'll use an example, I'm not so sure this is how it went with her [my guild mate that got scammed] but probably this guy talked her into giving him her password and ID. How? There is a limit on Spark Cash is there? Or something like that. Anyways he said he'll charge/put/whatever some to her account cause he claimed he was already over the limit. She then agreed, then realized she got scammed. What's more is, the one who scammed her was using another person's account [who probably was scammed too] but she found out the person behind everything was someone else. Her password was changed, and she was stripped off everything. What she had left was 8s and a few gear. She was lucky she got her account back, as she was able to talk the guy into giving it back. This happened around 2 days ago, and it was awhile ago she got hold of the guy's account through figuring the password and ID out [long story]. She got half her stuff and her 8g back, now she's going for the account of the real culprit. Payback is a sweet bitch, now he's going down. Some other people may have similar ideas to this, so there may be a lot others planning scams.
EDIT ~ I will update this thing tomorrow, it's getting late here and I gotta go sleep already. Good night

Wow, this is pretty grave...
So first it was the bots constantly yelling about purchasing gold. Now scammers?
Damn, this is crazy. Tell your guildie to be very careful next time. Hell, I wouldn't trust my account with anyone now...

So, basically, you need to follow the rules of enhancing. If you do not trust the person, do not give them your information.

um...don't be so gullible and think twice?
Who would think that it was a good idea to give someone your account access info or give people they don't even know stones/money/equipment...

Exactly. Only give your account information to people you know and trust.

it seems like what you're describing are scammers who depend on a certain naivete in their targets.
Most people don't have to worry about it because the ones described, depend upon you giving otherwise secure (relatively) information to them.

I hate to say this, but outspark is easily sql injectable with the spark cash login forms.
For anyone who doesn't know this sql injecting can edit the Database with all your information in an indirect way. For example the person could give himself/everyone 10k sparkcash. Or delete everyone's character.
As far as I know there is only one sql injectable way right now, but I don't think anyone knows about it.

another guy was talking about it a little while back.
no game's really 'unhackable' I guess, but the people who get stuff via asking the people for info get what they have coming :/
people who give out that info too...
