Yup! All of it...

Well that's a slight exaggeration... the entire network will have trains running an hour late all the way until the end of the day..

then they can start fresh again the next morning.. but once our network has a major delay it barely recovers back on schedule..

but yes.. it goes both way...

we have people jumping off platforms here too but it only affects one direction, and usually it takes like 30minutes to get the service back...and then everyone flames and complains.

annoyingly, it is never a valid reason to be late still -_-
