Np, i was working out ezreal strategies with ivra the rest of the night XD

i tried an interesting build based entirely off of mana regen, allowing you to skillspam and stuff... but in the end, i decided the other two skills are just there to supplement Q. so i decided to go with an AD build with a slight bit of regen.

mana is a problem with ez >_<. but cd is better to get with AD. you'll end up with a 1.x second q with max cd reduction. it says 2.x but it's 1.x cause when you hit something the cd is decreased by 1 second.
