I guess they don't want me to play.
I can log in once.
Then when I log out, I try to log back in, and I'm getting "Data Initialize Error!" every time.
Solution?
Re-install.
Since this was my third time downloading/reinstalling, I guess I just get to wait until they decide to come out with a fix to this.
Whatev. =/

I have only received that message a few times, and if I simply reboot my computer it works fine. Maybe email the helpdesk?

It is a random error. It is not server wide or anything like that. Not sure what causes it.

It's most probably something system-specific, because, I've never had anything like it. Maybe it's because I have XP?

Just keep trying to log in, and you'll get in eventually...
Or if you're tired of that, just don't un-install the game, and run the install again...
you'll be asked if you'd like to repair it, click the repair function.
