You need to go see Chief of roumen by fountain and click on all quests in "quests" that says "acceptable" Then do the same with shutian in elderine (he is right in front of the stairs) he should tell you to go see Sean in Forest of mist, but before you go, make sure you really picked up the quest, you need to click him twice. If you're lost about what option to take it's "Promotion right?" Once you go to Forest of mist and talk to Sean, he will warp you to your promotion! Good luck on becoming a clever fighter!!
