Oh, OK, if the infractions automatically drop in 10 days then it shouldn't be an issue since the PM and infraction should cause me to be a little more cautious for at least that long, but it still would seem to equate more to the other offenses and penalties if there was a 1st warning, 2nd warning, third strike your out on the necro issue since it really is a lesser offense that some of the others.
