Im pretty sure which ever account you login on the website with it will transfer it to that charector. Im guessing if you have multiple charectors you will have to choose which charector you want to buy stuff for, But if you were on your account in the game and opened the shop and logged in with your sisters login im sure the items would just be sent to her charector because techinically all the cash shop is is a internet explorer page its not really built into the game or nothing. Ive even tried to figure out some way around that stupid 14000 cash limit ive already bought that much and wanting more but gotta wait a whole dam month!!!!
