I had this VERY funny problem. I am a cleric and I just got to lvl 28. I bought this lvl 28 retore pants(which in fact is a skirt) and wore it. Then when I walk, attack or mine, this graphic bug or maybe glitch will show my skirt looking torn (revealing my panties). I tried looking at other player's one and its the same for them (I saw thiers too). Lol, any explanation for this?
