If you made it to lvl 20+ in the CBT you will get a lvl 1 character in the OB, we all know that. But you get a special title saying "Closed Beta Tester".
If you delete your character to make a new one YOU WILL LOSE THIS TITLE.
The GMs wont give it back when you do so. They will make an announcement on the launcher soon.

For those of you who had a character reach lvl 20 during Closed Beta, your character was saved with the same character name, class, and gender. This character and this character ONLY possesses the Closed Beta Tester Character Title.
Please do not delete this character as the Closed Beta Tester Character Title will be deleted with it and wil be UNRECOVERABLE.
