I bought each part of my lvl 55 set for a few hundred silver. Mine have somewhat decent stats. I have some str, dex, and spr throughout my set.
It truly depends on the stats and which stats...for archers you should look for str, dex, and optionally spr and end (to boost your crit & hp). Fyi, I'm on Bijou, and our server's items are pretty expensive IMO, especially after the trickster was introduced to the game. Good luck finding your set
