Ehh since somebody dug out this old thread, I just wanna say that decreasing cooldown on FB is a good idea. After getting Magic Blast it is possible to chain up MM1 -> FB1 -> MM1 -> MB -> repeat with cooldown into FB. So there's not much point reducing the CD on MM past its usefulness because you wouldn't have to spam MM1.
