I've a question about the "Talk Show Host" and "World DJ"
The wiki said "800 shout and 1000 shout in a hour"

but...

shout are limited, we can shout 1 times every 5 second...
if a hour is compose by 3600 sec we can shout only 720 times in a hour, it's impossible make 800 or 1000 shout.

Someone can help me whit this problem?
