Only true. If you mean most damage then...
- Mages from lv. 1-37
- Fighters from lv. 37-53
- and Mages again from lv. 53+ (they outstrip every other class with damage severely because of their Fire Ball cast at lv. 53
)
In fact, Fire Ball is so good, that if you Damage Empower it to +5, the additional damage ends being
1056 - 1225!! -
