Meh, Nature's Mist is great but cooldowns do not affect us too much. I wish that they made the attack rates faster instead. :/ Better than nothing I suppose.
The 30 level thing wouldn't affect the 40s too much. The Orcs themselves are level 60 mobs. Still within the range... unfortunately anyone above 35 will still be able to go into Uruga in take up space and/or spam for plvling.
