umm...Hawk Talon and Wolf Claw?

edit:-lol, realized that's what they're called in BK

Wolf Claw=Nature's Protection

and Hawk Talon is the Archer Attk. Speed increase buff, forget if it's called the same thing here o.o

edit #2 :- and what does it mean by "fixed"?
were they broken before? CD's and effective times were the same in the other vers. I think
