I think the KQ vendor thing might be that sometimes if you joined a KQ and were browsing a shop while you waited on it to start, and it started with the shop window open the game would lock up. It did it to me a few times =\

also the KQ window thing might be fixing the time. It's been messed up, at least for those of us on DST =o
