In-game, I think it's just a 'flattish' area that's colored brown in contrast to the body of yellow.



A slightly off-putting suggestion:

Nipples indeed. However, ''nipple'' seems to me to imply a protusion or a 'jutting' area of 'flesh'. Perhaps the more technically-correct term would be areolae? (sp)
