Why? NO END wtf? Yes. You can get a lot of END from gear, and I really think the aggro effect from the extra damage outweighs the 5% block you get for spending 50 stat points. Besides fighters have enough base END anyway. Really END builds are for AOE parties only.
Of course scrolls and +9 is necessary, but if you are willing to spend golds, DD fighter ftw.

Yeah. I've gotta agree, +9 are obviously necessary. If you keep looking you would find gears with really high end. If you want to make a good fighter you've definitely have to spend LOTS of money
