I will not be updating the quest list in this post anymore, and all updates will go to FiestaWiki, so if anyone have any corrections, they can just go change it there.

You can mine this in echo cave (speak to Elderin Miner Royquin (Forest of Tides or Roumen Miner Palmer Royquin (Sand Beach), but beware of the Phinos near by because they are ranged and will attack you.
