The rules should already be clear enough, and a lot of it is just common courtesy/sense. Also, they clearly stated several times that items needed to be +6 or higher and to move AWAY when you're done giving them the items.
Judging by how many idiots are already in CB (and not just in events, either), I doubt there will be many more events like this in OB.
