They've increased the difficulty of success.
I've broken 3 Heaven Hammers so far. 16s or so down the drain.
However, I've noticed that the break rate was lowered a bit, and the "Item enhancement has failed" (no change) has come up a ton.
Failed to enhance 7 times in a row without it breaking or degrading.
