They maybe should have used a different phrase regarding the survey.
As for the 2H fighter bug -vs- the trading of the skill scrolls being fixed in a week - keep in mind that Outspark has said (if I get time I will search for where it was said) they do not have control over game-play matter whereas they do have control over cash shop matter. It seems that they can control what is in or out of CS, what prices and length of item time.
As for the survey, that goes to the same explanation as the glitch repair - what Outspark has power to change themselves rather than going back to the game devs. They need CS users to help grow the business so they need to know what we want to see in the CS.
