That's pretty cool! I wouldn't mind having a weapon that a GM put the license on,
but I wouldn't pay more for it than it's worth based on it's stats, but yeah, some people would.
If he is really gonna sell it and has the patience to wait out for the right buyer he should just price a bit high
and drop a little every so often until he drops to the price someone is willing to pay.
Me personally, I just can't wait out the right buyers - that's why I started NPC'g
jewelry and licenses.
