Yes, it was a known fact for while... at least to me. People seem to think that casting Lightning was better anyway for some reason. In my opinion, if you see a bleed status on a boss, don't cast Lightning. It doesn't stun and that extra little damage is not going to hurt the boss. Moreover, it could "miss"... and Archers hardly miss. >_>

And in BK, Lightning does stun and it only cancels out other stunning skills such as Concussive Charge and Fury Shot (yes, it stuns in BK). Bone Shot actually decreases the enemy's accuracy so it doesn't get canceled in any way.
