A good community is important. Not just guilds but having nice random people to party with is always a plus... like today I partied for 3+ hours in Concealed Peak. Great people and had fun.
Another thing is character customization and gameplay. Must either have a long range class (ie. Archer) or fast, heavy hitting (ie. Monks) characters. :P
