Some of us can't/don't party with forum members, or even people we know. Getting in a party in FoS is impossible for me. Some of us don't live in the perfect land where you have a guild, or guildmates who ask you if you want to join them. Since I'm guildless and usually can't party with people I know, its both boring to party, and hard to find one that I trust. I would like partying with people on my friend list, but they honestly don't want me because I'm 9-12 levels below, and can't tank 20 Ancient Stonies at a time. I can't AOE on Stonies, AOEing on Trumpys is dangerous, and ever since I sold my axe, I can't even solo an Orc without skill-spamming and a few stones. Yes, I'd like to party with a cleric who I know would care if I lose 10k+ when I die, but that just isn't how it works. (Yes, that is the real reason I've been the same level for over a month. I actually don't mind grinding, as long as it's a little fun...)

Clerics from 44-49 have easier times partying in Uruga/AEW, because they get less exp. There might only be a 75-100 exp per kill difference between that and 55+, but selfish people want every possible point of exp they can get. I've been in parties that choose the lower leveled clerics for this reason.

No one wants archers if an AOE mage is an option. (Just stating a fact. Again, not counting guild partying.) More damage, faster kills, lack of skill use is impossible, there really isn't a reason to choose an archer over a mage. (Not talking about partying in a guild-made party.)
