Now do I have a real reason to vow never to plv people?

I just met some person whom i plved some time ago. (of course, the party leader kicked him because he was "the cleric who wouldnt heal anyone, not even himself", and honestly i think he is just a waste of our time to revive him). Today, he asked me for plv before stalking me all the way to collapsed prison and asked me as to why i would not reply him, and asked me if i was angry, to which i replied no im not angry but i will be if people keep asking for plv. he even had 2 accounts, another one which i recognised asking for plv before.

then after i replied him he said "so are we like friends now?" (o.0 i didnt even know him). i told him to give up because i will not plv people anymore. and he was like "can i add you?" before spamming me with fren requests. 2 out of 2 people whom i plved acting like noobs is 100%, so i agree that u shouldnt powerlevel people.
