Kinda tragedy to me, all around, ya, cuz these inter-guild relationships, just like inter-office relationships don't usually work out and for the most part there are many broken hearts scattered about both within and outside of the transgression environment.
Now, as for Hess & Kev, I believe they are safe because from what I have witnessed in the arena of inter-office relationships, those who were a couple before joining the office stayed strong while those who became a couple after entering the office failed and brought bloodshed. So same should theoretically hold true with guild relationships.
