This is too hilarious to watch.

The answer was ninja death star. Now before you go "WTF", yes, ninja stars were sometimes poisoned, and the "confusing" part is that when thrown, they tend to fly in a spiral. As for "miss" part, yeah, you could evade it, but when you have 5 thrown at you at the same time... Well ya, you have to be Neo from Matrix to get out of that one. :P

I come in many sizes and shapes, and so does my "ammo" too. I spit out metal, but I'm not a weapon. I live in homes, I live in offices, I bring and keep order to your work and you. What am I? The answer is simple... If you think this riddle through.
