Nope, it only has to go in the mage seciton if it is related directly towards the mage class. However, I did move it to Questions and Inquiries.

You get different titles for doing certain things in-game. There is a section somewhere in here for titles, i'll try to find it and add the link.
Once you obtain a title, you can change the title that is in front of your in-game name. It is basically just for show.
