Whole thing (45mins). It's generally hard to get a good feel for the overall battle from just a snippet, and it is hard to pick out a 10 mins section that does the best overall credit to a battle without losing some other different interesting section.

2x Speed would probably be less boring for everyone else, really, the majority of it was either "run from point A to B" or "pound on one monster for a large period of time"
